ContiPay

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms apply to access and use of ContiPay public website pages and approved ContiPay services. Merchant-specific commercial terms, settlement terms, limits, payment methods, and activation requirements may be set out in separate agreements or approvals.

1. Services

ContiPay provides payment-related services for approved merchants and supported payment channels. Availability depends on merchant configuration, commercial approval, provider availability, compliance requirements, and the operating environment.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring that users act only within their authorised role. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, credentials, or secret keys through public website forms or public communication channels.

3. Payment Activity

Payment activity is subject to validation, provider responses, merchant setup, compliance checks, and settlement rules. A displayed or pending transaction state does not override official processing, reconciliation, or settlement records.

4. Fees and Commercial Terms

Fees, settlement timing, supported currencies, payment methods, and other commercial terms are disclosed through approved merchant agreements, onboarding records, or official ContiPay communications. They may vary by merchant and payment channel.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use ContiPay services lawfully and must not attempt unauthorised access, misuse integrations, interfere with service availability, submit false information, or use the platform for prohibited or fraudulent activity.

6. Security

ContiPay applies controls designed to protect payment activity and account access. You remain responsible for protecting your own devices, users, credentials, and integration secrets.

7. Availability

Services are provided subject to operational availability, maintenance, provider availability, and circumstances beyond ContiPay's reasonable control. Public status information is informational and may not represent merchant-specific availability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ContiPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unauthorised-use losses arising from use of the website or services. Merchant-specific liability terms may be set out in separate agreements.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
